Claiming your CUNYfirst account
I’m trying to activate my CUNYfirst account, but after I put in my information it just keep returning ‘User Not Found’
You’ll find your GC information (including registration, financial aid, etc.) under the “Student Center” section on CUNYfirst, I think. If you already have a CF account, but were only just accepted into a program, your student account details will be added to your Empl ID/CF account and one day, probably over the summer, you’ll see the Student Center as part of your account. The onboarding process can be long, so if you don’t see anything added by midsummer, feel free to reach out to us at admissions@gc.cuny.edu.
I already have a CUNYfirst acct, how do I see my GC information? I work for CUNY as well so currently, I only see my work information. Thank you for your help!
